Progress Report Cards and Interview Day
Progress reports will be coming home on Monday November 19. Student led conferences will take place on Thursday November 22 in the evening and Friday November 23 during the day. 

Photo Re-Take Day
Edge Imaging will be back Friday November 16 for Photo Retake Day.

Volleyball Season is Winding Down
Our girls team has finished their first season of volleyball. Thank you to Miss Mohorovich and Mr. Carbell for providing this wonderful opportunity for our grade 7 girls. The boys season continues for at least one more night. Good luck to our boys team as they have qualified for the playoffs, with a game against Silver Creek on Tuesday November 13. Thank you to Mrs. May and Mrs. Mayotte for coaching!

Milk, Pizza and Popcorn Programme
Milk for grades K-3 begins Monday October 15. Pizza and Popcorn for all grades will begin Friday, October 19.

School Council Meeting
This Monday, October 15 will be our next School Council meeting at 7:00 P.M. in the Library. At this meeting we will be electing our new School Council for the 2018-19 school year.

School Colours and Spirit Wear
Every Friday is Spirit Wear Day, where staff and students wear their school colours or their Martin Street spirit wear. If you do not know the school colour for your child, please call the office and speak with Mrs. Royce. The web store for ordering Spirit Wear will be open until November 23rd to order items.

Volleyball Has Begun!
Our grade 7 volleyball season is off and running for the next 8 weeks. The Martin Street Phoenix will be competing against 5 other Milton schools with both home and away games.

Cross Country
Congratulations to our Cross Country Team for their excellent performance at the recent HDSB meet. Our students performed very well, with 3 first place finishes. We also want to commend our students for their excellent behaviour and sportsmanship. Thanks to all the staff who volunteered their time to make this even possible for our students.

Milk Programme
Milk for grades K-3 begins Monday October 15.

Guelph Storm Visits!
On October 16 players from the Guelph Storm hockey team will be visiting to read with our younger children and discuss fitness with our older students.

Photo Day
October 23 will be Martin Street Photo Day.

Camp Muskoka Parent Information Night
On October 25 we will hold our information night for all grade 6 parents. We will meet at 6:00 P.M. in the library.
